This beef is pasture raised and grass fed until it reaches a size suitable for processing. If a person wishes a side the animal would be processed under U.S.D.A. inspection (which costs a little more) so I could have the other half processed for individual cut sales. Your cost will be based upon the hot rail weight of the half, times the price per pound. An estimate will be made as to the weight of the animal and you will be informed of that before the animal is taken to the processor. A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT OF $200.00 WILL BE REQUIRED BEFORE THE ANIMAL IS TAKEN TO THE PROCESSOR!
