Black Amber is the oldest of all the sorghum varieties. It is said to have been brought over on the slave ships with the slaves to sustain theirselves here in the America's. This sorghum has a very strong and robust flavor to it. Just delightful and the plants were grown organicallys with no synthetic fertilizers, etc.
